Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Our goal is to have your order arrive within 7–10 business days. (these days do not include weekends or holiday days ) However, during holiday seasons, there may be additional delays due to seasonal shipping overflow and disruptions across all carriers.
Orders ship as quick as 6 hours to 4 working days after the order is placed. (depending on the holiday season )
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its progress. ( look for emails from @naturestallow.com addresses )
Please note that transit times vary depending on carrier operations, holiday schedules, and broader economic or global conditions.

Shipping Information
All orders ship from Vancouver BC
- We currently ship within Canada and the USA. If you require shipping to another country, please inquire at hello@naturestallow.com.
- Enjoy free shipping in Canada on orders over $50 and in the USA on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged shipping costs as quoted by the carrier.
- We use eco-friendly packaging for a sustainable shipping experience. Even our packing peanuts are biodegradable!
- Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days, but in some cases, may ship as quickly as 6 hours from order entry. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Unclaimed Packages & Returns to Sender
If a package is not accepted (turned away) or not claimed at the post office or the shipping address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. If this occurs, the following options are available:
- Reshipping the Order – If you’d like us to send your package again, there will be a $19.00 CAD plus tax reshipping fee for Canadian orders. Additional charges may apply for U.S. reshipments.
- Refund Instead of Reshipping – If you choose not to reship, your order will be refunded with a 75% restocking fee, which covers handling and processing costs. This applies when the return is due to incorrect addresses entered, or packages not accepted or not picked up.

International Orders
For international orders, duties and border fees are the responsibility of the client. These fees are determined by customs authorities in your country and are not included in the purchase price. We appreciate your understanding.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid undeliverable packages. If any changes are needed, notify us within 6 hours of placing your order at hello@naturestallow.com with the subject line ADDRESS CHANGE.
- If you’ve already received your shipping confirmation, it may be too late to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
- If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, we encourage you to check with your local carrier or neighbors first. While we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to help!
Re-Shipping Fees
If an order requires reshipping due to an incorrect address or an undeliverable package, an additional $19.00 CAD plus tax reshipping fee applies for Canadian orders ($16.00 USD for U.S. orders).
Returns & Exchanges
We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and stand behind the quality of our products.
If you’re not satisfied, you can return unopened jars within 30 days for a full refund or request an exchange within 1 year by contacting us at hello@naturestallow.com.
Important Return Guidelines
- All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and only after receiving return authorization via email.
- Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns require prior authorization. Please email us before sending any products back to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Restocking Fees
If a return is due to client error or negligence (e.g., incorrect address provided, failure to claim a package, or refusal of delivery), a 75% restocking fee will apply.
Please note that during high-volume promotional events or holidays, order processing and shipping times may experience delays.
