Please take a moment to understand our shipping policies.

Tracking Your Order:
To track your order, please check your email (and don't forget to peek into your spam folder just in case) for your order confirmation and tracking emails. They will be sent separately from hello@naturestallow.com. If you've looked in both places and still can't find them, feel free to email us for help.


Shipping Information:
- We currently only ship inside of Canada and to the USA, if you required shipping to another Country, please inquire with us at hello@naturestallow.com 

- Enjoy free shipping in Canada for all orders over $50+, and all US orders over 50+. Orders under $50 will be based on shipping costs quoted by Canada Post. 

- We take pride in using eco-friendly packaging materials for a sustainable shipping experience. Even the peanuts using for packing are bio-degradable. 

- Our goal is to process your order within 7 business days, though orders may ship as quickly as 6 hours from order entry. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please note that transit times depend on Canada Post operations, holiday hours, and economic/global conditions.

International Orders:

In the case of international orders, please note that any duties and border fees are the responsibility of the client. These fees are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are not included in the purchase price. We ship out of Canada and appreciate your understanding.

Important Notes:

Our products are crafted with natural oils, that may melt in high temperatures. When placing an order, ensure it's shipped to an address where it can be promptly collected.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Please ensure that your destination details are accurate and complete to avoid any issues with undeliverable packages. If any changes are needed, kindly notify our support team within 6 hours of placing your order at hello@naturestallow.com with the subject line ADDRESS CHANGE. Address changes made after 6 hours may be challenging to update as orders can ship quickly. If you have received your shipping manifest, it may be too late, but we will do our best to assist you. 

Re-Shipping will require an additional shipping charge of $16.00USD.

- At Nature's Tallow, we empathize with unexpected situations. Please note, we can't assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages confirmed as delivered. If issues arise, contact us at hello@naturestallow.com for assistance, we will do our best to support the situation. 

Returns

We really want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement product. 

Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:

  • All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and only after receiving return authorization via email. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at hello@naturestallow.com 
  • Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization.

*Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.
